Refund policy

Our refund rule
Changed your mind? Tell us within 30 days of your first payment and, if you haven't started a lab yet, we refund it in full. Once you've started using the labs, we can't refund what you've used. You can still cancel at any time, so it doesn't renew.
Starting a lab means launching a real lab in Membership or Infrastructure Labs. The free practice labs on Try a lab don't count. This applies to monthly and annual plans, Infrastructure Labs and the Price Lock Pass.
Your legal right to cancel within 14 days of buying is explained in section 10 of our terms of service. This does not affect your statutory rights.
After 30 days
Monthly: cancel from your account and you will not be charged again. The month you have paid for runs to its end. We do not refund part of a month.
Annual: cancel at any time and your subscription runs to the end of the year you paid for. We do not refund part of a year.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. To stop the next payment, cancel before the renewal date: Plan & billing → Cancel membership. If a renewal payment is taken and you didn't mean to continue, tell us within 14 days of that payment and, if you haven't started a lab since it, we refund it.
How to ask for a refund
Email contact@stationx.net from the email address on your account with the subject "Refund". We reply within 2 working days.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5–10 working days of our reply. Lab access ends when the refund is made, and we remove your access to the courses on courses.stationx.net.
Disputes with your bank
Please email us before raising a dispute or chargeback with your card issuer — it is faster, and it is the same outcome. Lab access ends as soon as a payment is disputed, we remove your access to the courses, and we cannot restore either while the dispute is open.
Teams
Team seats are sold under a separate agreement. The terms in your order apply.
