What you'll do

In this challenge, you will provision a new Azure SQL database that is geo-replicated for high availability and uses dynamic data masking for security.

  1. Deploy an Azure SQL database as the primary database
  2. Apply dynamic data masking to the EmailAddress and AccountNumber columns in the database
  3. Create a geo-replicated database in another region as the secondary database
  4. Test the data security access of the geo-replicated database
