What you'll do

Prerequisite Required for This lab. Before starting, complete the Set Up Git and Connect to GitHub lab.

  1. The prerequisite lab only needs to be completed once for all labs in this series
  2. In this lab, you will set up a new GitHub project and create an initial README.md file using VS Code
  3. Use GitHub Copilot to generate several key content sections for the documentation, such as prerequisites and installation steps
  4. Refine the documentation by adding a table of contents, refactoring a section with AI, and then commit and push the final file to GitHub

Note: Once you begin the lab, you will not be able to pause, save, or return to your lab. Please ensure that you have set aside enough time to complete the lab before you start.
