What you'll do

In this lab, you will stage, commit, view, and undo changes with full control over your project history.

  1. Create new files and track them with git add
  2. Write descriptive commit messages
  3. Modify files and view diffs
  4. Undo changes by using git restore
  5. View commit history with flags (--oneline, --graph, --decorate, and --all)
  6. Tag your most recent commits, stash and reapply changes, and push your project to your GitHub repository

Note: Once you begin the lab, you will not be able to pause, save, or return to your lab. Please ensure that you have set aside enough time to complete the lab before you start.
