What you'll do

In this lab, you will implement Failover Clustering on Windows Server.

  1. Prestage a cluster name object in Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS)
  2. Grant permissions to create a failover cluster
  3. Install the failover clustering feature on two servers
  4. Deploy a two-node failover cluster

Note: Once you begin the lab, you will not be able to pause, save, or return to your lab. Please ensure that you have set aside enough time to complete the lab before you start.
