What you'll do

In this lab, you will deploy Windows Server 2025 on an Azure virtual machine.

  1. Deploy a virtual machine that runs Windows Server 2025 by using the Microsoft Azure portal
  2. Deploy a virtual machine that runs Windows Server 2025 and that is preconfigured as a Dev/Test computer
  3. Deploy a virtual machine that runs Windows Server 2025 by using Azure PowerShell
  4. Save an existing virtual machine deployment as a new Azure Resource Manager (ARM) template on your local computer, and finally, you will view the downloaded template files

Note: Once you begin the lab, you will not be able to pause, save, or return to your lab. Please ensure that you have set aside enough time to complete the lab before you start.
