What you'll do

In this lab, you will implement a secure administrative environment by configuring a Linux jump box.

  1. Configure a secure remote connection to the jump box using SSH
  2. Harden the jump box by managing its services
  3. Configure sudo for appropriate privilege escalation
  4. Configure log forwarding to enable security monitoring

Note: Once you begin the lab, you will not be able to pause, save, or exit and then return to your lab. Please ensure that you have set aside enough time to complete the lab before you start.
