What you'll do

In this lab, you will clone virtual machines and manage templates.

  1. Clone a running virtual machine
  2. Convert the cloned virtual machine to a template
  3. Create a customization specification
  4. Deploy a virtual machine from the template by using a customization specification
  5. Deploy a virtual machine by using the Open Virtual Appliance (OVA) template file

Note: Once you begin the lab, you will not be able to pause, save, or return to your lab. Please ensure that you have set aside enough time to complete the lab before you start.
