What you'll do

In this lab, you will prepare the infrastructure to begin using NSX in your environment.

  1. Create transport zones for overlay and VLANs
  2. Create an IP address pool to distribute addresses to the transport nodes and other NSX components
  3. Add a vSphere host cluster and two KVM hosts as transport nodes

Note: Once you begin the lab, you will not be able to pause, save, or exit and then return to your lab. Please ensure that you have set aside enough time to complete the lab before you start.
