What you'll do
In this challenge, you will manage vSphere security.
- Configure VMware vCenter Server to communicate with a Key Management Server (KMS)
- Generate a request for a new SSL certificate for the vCenter server
- Submit the request to a certificate authority (CA)
- Save the newly generated certificate
- Replace the self-signed certificate in vCenter Server with the new SSL certificate
- Encrypt a virtual machine
Note: Once you begin the lab, you will not be able to pause, save, or exit and then return to your lab. Please ensure that you have set aside enough time to complete the lab before you start.
